The story of the young freediver
The story starts with a child who was raised by the Cuban beaches - each morning he would enjoy a new adventure - that of delighting himself in the ocean.
His desire to freediver kept on growing - he never had a diving suit- though it was one of his dreams
but one day everything changed and many of those things came to pass... being a young man
came to foreign country with his parents - without imagining that like a divine appointment he was going to meet one of the freediving champions... So he was able to get himself a few diving suits and equipment and the most important thing is that this young man got to know God and the faith with which he has a better understanding and is able to fully enjoy everything...
This person never got to compete but is marking the lives of many freedivers in terms
of sharing with them the knowledge of God and with a greater vision of what the sea means.
This person being older goes back to his native land and sitting on a small rock near the waves in the ocean shares his story with a group of children and young people... As he does that he sees himself that what he has accomplished with a final thought - full of peace and hope and says these last words pointing one of his fingers towards the ocean-
you see that? that was always my passion - but one day it won't be anymore - for the hope
that I have is for better things and it will be true one day - it will be reality and it will be the best and asks them a question:
Are you a freediver?
Surely have you known God?

The physiology and psychology of the freediving
Do we really know the psychology behind freediving? Do we know the concept of mind, heart, the air we breathe? Do we know the God of the place we sumerge? There is a lot to talk about this and we would need pages and pages to clarify something so simple " Love the Lord yor God your (heart) and with all your (soul) and with all your (mind) and with all your (strength)" If you see in this commandment- God mention the most important organ we use for freediving. There you can see the physiology and psychology of the freediving
Breath
Breath (according to the Bible) : Air coming out of or into body of a living being. Two Hebrew terms are translated,Breath" Generally NESHAMAH is used in a milder manner to refer to the fact of breath in all forms o life. RUACH refers more to the psychological idea of breath by relating it to one's own will or purpose. This is in keeping with its primary meaning of spirit, wich either refers to the inner force of a person or the essential nature of God. The term neshamah is often used with reference to God's breath. It identifies God as the source of life ( gen 2:7; job 27:3; Dan 5:23 ) God is also the sovereing of life. He fave breath to humans initially in creation ( Gen 2:7 ) ,but He also takes breath away eventually at death ( Gen 7:22, job 34:14 )God has the power to restore life to the dead if He wishes to do so( Ezek 37:9 ) He controls nature and the weather by His breath ( job 37:9,10 ) Neshamah is used several times to refer to human breath. It identifies breath as fragile ( Isa 2:21,22 ) Breath can become weak ( Dan 10:17 );it is limited ( Gen 7:22 );I kings 17:17 ) Breath may be taken from a person, thus experience of death ( josh 11:11 ) by offering Him prase ( psalm 150:6 ) Ruach describes the more intensified aspects of breath. It refers God providing human life in the same manner as neshamah ( Gen 6:17 ) By breathing out speech ,He created the heavens ( ps 33:6 ) His breath also sustains life ( Job 12:10;Ps 104:29 ) By His breath He even restores life ( Ezekiel 37:5-10 ) Repeatedly in Ezekiel 37:5-10 the term ruach occurs in word plays on its meaning as breaths wind, and spirit. It is used to affirm the possibility of giving life to the dry bones. In a unique way ruach is used to demonstrate how God monitors life. Breath is regarded as a sign of life ( Gen 7:15) It is also an indication that God is always watching our lives ( job 9:18) This became frustating to Job because he wanted to be free from the pressure of knowing that God knew everything about him. God even knew the strained relationship between Job and his wife who came to detest Job's breath ( job 19:17 ) The New Testament contains a few reference to breath as the life principle which God gives ( Acts 17:25) and as the migthy wind at Pentecost ( Acts 2:2 ).Acts 9:1 use breath to express Saul's anger as a breathing of threats against the early Christian. In john 20:22 Jesus breath the Holy Spirit upon His disciples. primarily as spirit or Holy Spirit . In Revelation 13:15 it refers to the power to breathe life into the image of the beast.
